SEPT. 26, 2023 UPDATE: Coming in 2024: A new and improved Employee Assistance Program.

Our mental health is as important as physical health to our overall well-being, and you have multiple options available to seek help through your health benefit programs.

Connect with your fellow employees exploring their own wellness journeys through our THRIVE Business Resource Group.

ACTive Support (EAP)

ACTive Support* gives you access to:

  • Six counseling sessions, either face-to-face or over the telephone
  • Legal advice: wills, family law, adoption, trusts and more
  • Financial resources: retirement planning, bankruptcy, budgeting and more
  • Family resources: find child care, elder care, pet care, hiring movers and more
  • Guidance resources: substance abuse, grief, depression, anxiety and more
  • Online tools and resources
  • On-site critical incident stress management

Schedule an appointment with a licensed counselor via phone, video or in-person. Here are some tips to help you get started.

  • Need to find a counselor quickly? It’s important to know that many providers are only offering virtual appointments. ACTive Support can help you connect with an in-person counselor, but take advantage of available virtual appointments if you are looking to connect with a licensed counselor as soon as possible.
  • Need help scheduling the appointment? Let the ACTive Support specialists call the counselor for you to confirm availability, or even schedule your first session for you.
  • Need to find a counselor online? Log on to www.guidanceresources.com (login: active; password: Support1) and select “Find a Therapist with GuidanceConnect” to receive a counseling referral without having to pick up the phone. If you need help making the actual appointment or need any other assistance with a counseling referral, give ACTive Support a call and they can help.

*Available to all employees.
